Witch Elves
- Normal: Block/Wrestle, Side Step, Leap
- Double: Mighty Blow, Piling On
- Stats: +ST, +AG (+MV, +AV)
I like the utility of wrestle very much. It adds a lot of dimension to your game, and is especially effective on a Jump Up piece. I always choose wrestle over block on my Witches.
Usually would want an AG boost before picking Leap, but by your 3rd/4th skill with no stat or double it’s probably the most useful choice.
I would avoid the movement and armour increases until getting a couple key skills first.
Blitzers
- Normal: Dodge, Tackle, Side Step, Leap
- Double: Guard, Mighty Blow
- Stats: +ST, +AG (+MV, +AV)
Usually would want an AG boost before picking Leap, but by your 3rd/4th skill with no stat or double it’s probably the most useful choice.
Generally you want to take guard over mighty blow, however I could see the advantage if your first skill is a double to take mighty blow to gain SPP faster.
I would avoid the movement and armour increases until getting a couple key skills first.
Runner
- Normal: Accurate/Pass, Safe Throw
- Double: Strong Arm
- Stats: +ST, +AG (+MV, +AV)
First skill on a runner is tricky. If you like to use dump off as bait and put him in a vulnerable spot – I would probably go with pass – since you cannot use a team reroll in your opponents turn. If you try to keep him protected and use dump off as a last resort, accurate is a better option.
Not sure I would take Strong Arm before either of accurate/pass – since it doesn’t help for dump off.
I would avoid the movement and armour increases until getting a couple key skills first.
Line Elf (LOS)
- Normal: Block, Dodge
- Double: Guard
- Stats: +ST, +AG, (+AV)
If you get an AG boost on a LOS lineman, try to change their position in your team.
I would avoid the armour increase until getting a couple key skills first.
Line Elf (other)
- Normal: Kick, Dodge, Block
- Double: Guard
- Stats: +ST, +AG, (+MV)
Try to pickup Kick as first skill on one player, it’s a very helpful skill for fast teams, and is extra effective for a somewhat bashy fast team like dark elves.
I would avoid the movement increase until getting a couple key skills first.
